At European Wax Center, we want you to be completely satisfied with your skincare and beauty products. If you are not happy with your purchase, we accept returns of unused or gently used products within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Return Process

  Gather Documentation

  Locate your original receipt or order confirmation email to ensure a smooth verification process for your return or exchange.

  Prepare the Product

  Ensure the product is in its original packaging; while we accept gently used items, they must contain at least 50% of the original content to qualify.

• 3.
  Visit a Center

  Bring your item and proof of purchase to any participating European Wax Center location to process your refund directly to the original payment method.

• 4.
  Receive Confirmation

  Once the associate processes your request, you will receive a printed or digital receipt confirming your refund or the details of your product exchange.
